JACK HERRICK was born in Charleston, SC. He moved to New Orleans to attend Loyola University where he graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in history. As an undergraduate, Jack studied abroad in Leuven, Belgium.
He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University where he focused on Civil Law and earned a certificate in Maritime Law.
He also participated in the John R. Brown Moot Court Intraschool Competition and the public service externship with Southeast Louisiana Legal Services.
Jack has represented claimants before the Social Security Administration and in civil litigation. Jack joined Rabalais Unland in 2020, where his practice focuses primarily on worker’s compensation defense and insurance defense litigation.
Jack currently resides in New Orleans and enjoys reading history, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
