Brenna Tinsley
BRENNA MORGAN TINSLEY, joined Rabalais Unland, LLP in 2024. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance defense, with an emphasis on worker’s compensation. Brenna is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar and Illinois State Bar.
Growing up in Seattle, Washington, Brenna earned her Bachelor of Arts’ degree from the University of Washington in 2019, majoring in Sociology and Political Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022, along with a certificate in Social Justice. While at Loyola, Brenna served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was a Rule XX student practitioner in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice, working in the family law clinic.
Following law school, Brenna served as a public defender just outside of Cook County, Illinois, where she gained extensive courtroom experience and developed strong advocacy skills in representing her clients. She later returned to New Orleans with her dalmatian, Taches.
