We provide counseling and representation for developers, contractors, architects, engineers and property owners in construction projects and litigation matters, involving such issues as design, sequencing, water intrusion, construction and foundation defects, and construction related injuries and property damage. We also handle claims arising out of abuse of the public bid process by local governmental commissions and agencies.
