Brennan Bourgeois

A lifelong resident of south Louisiana, Brennan obtained her bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University where she was a member of the Women’s Softball Team (NCAA Division I). Throughout her undergraduate years, Brennan was an intern at 24th Judicial District Specialty Courts and spent her free time volunteering for various organizations in the Hammond, Louisiana area.

Brenann received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where Brennan worked as a Rule XX Student Practitioner in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. She also gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for Hon. June B. Darensburg, Div. C, 24th Judicial District Court and intern for Sen. J. Patrick Connick. Brennan joined Rabalais Unland in 2023, where her practice focuses on State and Federal Workers’ Compensation defense, such as the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act, LHWCA, and Defense Base Act.
