Marshall S. Fant
S. MARSHALL FANT has practiced in the areas of Oil & Gas, Maritime, Civil Litigation, Wills and Estate Planning, Health Law, and Criminal Defense. After joining Rabalais Unland, LLP, in 2025, his practice primarily focuses on workers’ compensation and insurance defense litigation.
A native of New Orleans, Marshall graduated from Isidore Newman High School before attending Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, P.A., where he was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in 2011 with a certificate in energy specialization, he worked in the Oil & Gas industry in Midland, TX. Thereafter, Marshall attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2020 and his Master of Laws (LL.M) in Health Law & Administration in 2021, graduating magna cum laude.
Marshall is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.
