Chad Evans
Chad has represented the interests of small local businesses and large global corporations, alike, for the entirety of his legal career. He has dedicated his career to protecting the hard earned revenue generated by business owners from the ever rising number of legal claims Chad’s practice is focused on insurance defense litigation, with the majority of his clients being tied to the oil & gas, maritime and transportation industries. He has handled state workers compensation cases in Texas and Louisiana, and Jones Act and Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims nationwide.
Chad obtained his bachelor’s degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennnessee, where he was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team (NCAA Division II). While attending The Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, Chad clerked for several insurance defense firms and was an extern for The Honorable Judge Jay C. Zainey in the Eastern District of Louisiana. Chad is licensed in both Louisiana and Texas.
Chad lives in his native town of New Orleans with his wife and four children. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and supporting the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints.
