We represent employers and insurers in claims brought by employees and former employees for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliatory discharge, hostile workplace, and non-compete agreements; claims involving confidentiality; contractual preparation and negotiations; and breach of contract. We have advised numerous employers regarding the creation, implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures; and compliance with Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. We have also successfully represented employers before the National Labor Relations Board in unfair labor practice claims pursued by employees.
